Might be related to Ascent Industries (trading is on Halt) or with StillCanna Inc. (also on Halt) But obviuolsy not about Wayland (still trading)

Trix4Kids : Peace man would you???  I was jsut pointing out the 2 others cannabis companies that are on halt right now.  And Ascent Industries enters into asset purchase agreement for the sale of Canadian business. BZAM Management Ltd. (the "Purchaser"), an affiliate of Gulf Bridge Ltd., or StillCanna which by the way is like ICC a former early stage mining company. WHo ...more

Regarding the Stillcanna halt... probably the company has completed the transaction in order to acquire Borganics.. and the Acent Industries halt may be do to their assets being sold.. looks like they have major assets being liquidated.. https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/ascent-industries-enters-into-asset-purchase-agreement-for-the-sale-of-canadian-business-1028038087 So, doubt ...more
