That was also my initial thought. Admittedly, I am no expert. But, what puzzles me is that Wayland was NOT halted...

Goedric  LIke you said, It has nothing to do with Wayland because Wayl wasn't halt.  For my part, I wonder why ICC is still on halt (At the request of the Company Pending News) don't forget that Wayl's shareholders will receive ICC shares end of march but we are not going to be able to deal tehm before end of september.
