  They just raised $45mln, think they are good on cash for now.  I would look for some positive news on entry into another large, undeveloped market.... this team is forward thinking.

The duration of this halt is interesting. I have to imagine it has something to do with Wayland and walking away from that deal. It does not seem likely at this point that it is anything terrific.  I'd love to be surprised.

Although I certainly would not know for sure I would believe that that would not be the case. As they both initially signed a letter-of-intent to do their due diligence then both agreed to a definitive deal. I would suspect if there was something that ICC wanted to walk away from the deal for it would have been done before the definitive Arrangement was made and announced. Just my opinion
