Private Placement Closes @ $0.15

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 7, 2020: Further to the Company’s news release of March 2, 2020, Wildflower Brands Inc. (CSE: SUN) (the “Company”) announces it closed a private placement of units (“Units”) at a price of C$0.15 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $362,184 through the issuance of 2,414,562 units. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Issuer and one share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.30 for a period of 12 months following the closing date of the private placement.

The proceeds of the financing are being used for working capital and to commence design and permitting work for the Company’s two Ontario stores it currently has under lease.

The securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period. No finder’s fee was paid on the funds raised.

thanks notorious..    so what do you guys think about that?    I mean seems like a good thing that insiders willing to put in their own $ at risk,   and at even higher price than you can currently buy on the market..    but for seemingly such a small amount of cash...    what does that say, that they dont have any better way to access a few hundred ...more
