Dont make any panic decisions. As of last bit of news This company just secured a loan for 436k. And the board invested 150k of their own money for the Rubicon deal . Not the type of move a company (or the real people on the board with real money in their wallets) will make if there was a threat of bankruptcy on the horizon. Why would a company take out 436 thousand dollars and declare bankruptcy

I hope you guys are right!    If they come through then ya there's big upside for sure.    but they're now late filing not just 1,  but their last 2 quarters!    the last numbers we saw were for the period ended in March..   this is not the sign of a company on the up and up..   and their excuse about their auditors being audited

SUN isn't going under... They just did a raise, which included management and I'm.sure other insiders.  One of the backers of this company is a Billionaire..   While the reports not being done on time is really unsettling and shows clearly this management team is needing improvement the retail and CBD side of the company is WAY undervalued.  Also the reports most likely

The company has some great assets and good people on the ground working for them. That AWOL CEO should find some leadership that knows how to show up and run a company.
