they're late on their last 2 financial reports... I dont see why we'd expect any different for their default status reports...    what a mess...

Chronically behind schedule with everything isn't a good look regardless of the business. If they are now dropping the ball on mandated regulatory practises that just shows lack of professionalism and disregard for the responsibilities that come with being a publicly traded company. This is just the story with this company. Late on everything and then horribly vague with investors. Ontario ...more

Has anyone spoken to the management team? The CEO has been quite absent. They've gone through two COOs and the CFO does all the work. What does the CEO do? When will the next AGM be?
