this must be their franchise store.    they never announced that one on commercial drive.   have to assume that deal fell through

Can't tell you with absolute certainty if the new store is a franchise but I can well imagine that. Regarding commercial drive, if I understand correctly, the store in commercial drive do not run under the City Cannabis banner but under Vancity Weed.

interesting..  any idea what to make of it?    not sure why they would create a new brand,  when they already have a perfectly good one in city cannabis
