I dont know anything specifically, besides some second hand conversations I hear about. But Im pretty sure the auditors must have been paid now. It's pretty clear they are just not interested in re-listing the company stock at this point. Which I do understand given the state of the market in general. it's a bit unfortunate and unfair for anyone
