Receivership

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 14, 2023: Wildflower Brands Inc. (the “Company”) announces that the Company was placed into receivership pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Ernst & Young Inc. (the “Receiver”) was appointed as the Receiver over the assets, undertakings and property of the Company.

Jesus Christ... Only if these clowns could raise some money through selling more shares they wouldn't be closing stores and having their creditors seizing their assets. This feels like they sucked the company dry by paying themselves while not having to share financials with shareholders. They go quite for over a year while still operating.  If this isn't criminal I don't ...more

WF executives have proven to be incompetent and were in over their heads. This company had so much potential and was sunk by poor leadership. Not once did they ever take responsibility for the state of WF or have the decency to think about shareholders. It is unfortunate that we will never see the past few years of financials. Would be interesting to see how they were compensated throughout this ...more

either way,   I feel pretty confident that shareholders will not see a penny.     clearly management has cleaned out the company of whatever cash they could,   and make peace with the fact their shares will be worthless.
