What do we think of Valeant as a possible buyer. They may be able to benefit from the operating tax loss carry forward??

Valeant are already a public listed on the NYSE under the symbol VRX. I do see however Clementia Pharma as a possible fit, but that is only my opinion. Should hear something soon.

Warnex has no operating business right now so their value is the liquidation value plus an additional amount if acquired by a company requiring the tax loss.  I can't locate their financial statements on Sedar or the company website.  Where are the financial statements to determine the value of their tax losses?
