With any luck tomorrow we may see an uptick in share price of all  western canadian oil cos.big and small ,,, Enbridge started accepting oil from the bottle neck at Cushing Oklahoma on their seaway pipeline on sat. 19/05/12 Transporting 150,000 bbl per day ...Incressing to 450,000 bbl per day ..To the gulf coast refineries .. in 2013....this should over time draw down some of the 40+++ million bbls oil in storage at cushing ....and should increse the price paid for western canadian oil from $25to$50 below wti price  ...Hope wpp share price start moving up.........         Good Luck all........blue3
