IF Sandeep is speaking the truth, sounds like everyone on the ground up there finally realizes the importance of having a Major there for the build/operation. No more DIY mines. This is a big big project needing serious people at the helm.

And as I've said before, for their perceived and actual flaws, Rio isn't afraid of taking something through permitting. 

I'm not ruling out some JV announcement prior to ESE submission. Looking to see who takes Coffee off Newmont's hands.
