Here's another heads up.The company is without a CFO. Why would the cfo resign with such great prospects on the horizon?

How do we know? Perhaps the CFO was asked to resign. Maybe the CFO was not performing to Management's high standards. Maybe the CFO has... better than Wescorp prospects on the horizon. Just some things to consider.

Maybe, maybe, maybe. One thing is for sure: There was no mention of a cfo coming or going in the pr couple weeks ago where wescorp talked about strengthening mgmt. Seems to me that a cfo would come in handy for this great production ramp up that they are talking about. OH, maybe doug Biles can do it."

All I'm saying is maybe he was too busy. Maybe he lost interest. Maybe he's too busy with Kemex. Maybe he;'s too busy with all the other Boards he sits on. Maybe they should have stated his departure in their Management Team strengthening NR. Whether he wanted out or they wanted him out probably doesn't matter, he's gone.You have a point, maybe Doug can be CEO/CFO instead ...more
