Thanks for posting that cerebus. A bunch of heavy hitters as listed in the 13D did not just happen to band together for a common purpose. This was a well organized event led by somebody with knowledge of who's who in the zoo, imo. Definitely a shakeup as you suggested. After looking over the list I would concur.  There seems to be a definite attitude of entitlement in corporate circles and shareholders can be marginalized as a result. It takes something pretty significant to get enough angst going that shareholders will take such a radical step but I see it for the better.They have some good technology - now they need to push management to either ...more

Very well said. Now we know why the sudden increase in stock volume over the last several days. The stock crashed to 3 cents and then rebounded. Then a 400,000 trade day with selling in the morning but buying in the afternoon. The 13D is filed with a backing of 91 million shares. These people obviously have a large stake in wescorp and they would not aggregate without a positive plan for the co ...more

Many of the largest shareholders represented on that list are successful business people (thank you google) and I am sure they will have a few choice words for management. Should be interesting.
