MM Short

There are approximately 78,000,000 shares represented in the 13D out of 128 M outstanding which leaves around 50 M unaccounted for. There were 13,515 shares traded today at the ask and the same were shorted. Is it possible that shares are being held so tightly that there was not 1 share available for the mm to sell?

The 13D was filed a week ago and no comment from management.  What is happening here -  anyone home today.  Is management just going to bury their heads and "tough it out" and fight the will of shareholders.  Looks like that.  The Chairman said he would keep the market informed with regular news.  Well where is the news, time for this management and board to ...more

You must be out in the left bleachers. The chairman it seems is what the 13D is about. Do you really think that rob power is going to communicate with you at this point?

What do you mean?  Why is this targetted at Power?

I know that communications have been bad and performance worse -  butPower has not been there that long.  What has he done or not done to havecasued this sort of action.  Same thing happened over at EuromaxResources in 2010.  Seems there was a lot of politics played over thereto the detriment of shareholders.  Is it the same here?

I remember that there was a BIG severance package for removing Power -  do you recall the numbers?

You posted the bison pr a few days ago paying homage to rp. It noted his chair at wescorp and director appointments at last couple places of employment. Did you happen to notice that euromax was glaringly Missing? Do you think that rp just happened to forget to mention his reign at euromax? It seems that there was a war btwn rp and the largest sh at euromax before a majority was put together to ...more

":A two time looser"  strong words indeed.Something is happening here at Wescorp.  To file a Sched. 13D is a BIG issue and takes a lot of effort and expense.  Hopefully we will hear the detail in the coming few days.  If this is all about Mr Robert Power then his sole departure is likely.  What is it about this guy that creates such concerns?  Over at the ...more

I'm merely putting 2 + 2 together based on what I read about the fiasco at euromax and this bd as well as my interpretation of the 13d. He clearly was let go at euromax and he is the guy that broke his word about publishing a monthly newsltr and his factual statement that wescorp would see revenues during a specific time frame.
