my take
Based on what we know it is obvious that the majority of shareholders do have the stomach for a fight as they have organized themselves into a voting block that cannot be contested. As a group they represent a wide range of various ideas but I also trust that collectively they represent us as a whole.
Whatever set them off and got them angry enough to take action must have been sufficient to warrant it and while the average shareholder with most companies usually gets to whine and moan about things that cheeze them off management can usually tell them to pound sand because getting shareholders to act is almost impossible.
I expect that there will be some mud slinging, name calling and some wild assumptions by people who love gossip. I will not participate.
Depending on how professional the people in management are we should see some decisions made that are best for the company and not neccessarily in the self interest of the management.
Regardless of this, the fundamental drive and technology for the company are still there and it now falls to whatever managment that remain or are appointed to move this company forward. Given that the shareholders group is now organized and obviously watching we may see a lot more accountability from any new management who can look to their predecessors as both an example ....and a warning.

Since we have been in the dark for so long while waiting for our collective boats to arrive, perhaps the group who filed the 13d could start a web site that would keep us informed as to the present status of their appeal, after all we are all on the same side. Any thoughts? Good Luck to all.
