My best guess...
One of the following will take place IMO.
1. Management and the Board sit down with the Filers, hear them out, etc. and take it from there.
2. Management and the Board tell the Filers to take a hike, dig in and await AGM, proxy vote, etc.
3. Management a/o the Board resign, new blood steps in and we see where this goes from there.
Obviously 1. is a possibility but when taking giant egos into account I would think rather unlikely.
2. would be lengthy and drawn out and no doubt costly.
3. would be my preference, but again, with giant egos involved not sure this would take place in a timely fashion.
Regardless, we should all hear something sooner than later.
I suppose there are other possibilities, however, Management and the Board are cornered and this 13D shows resounding support.
Everyone knows shareholders are not happy. Now shareholders have a voice. Wescorp desparately needs revenues, sales, leases and the means to construct more H2OMAXX units for the Field.
This had better turn out positive, alternately the consequences will be grave.
