Taking a Look:

Anybody got anything new on this company?  Sounds like there are nearly fifteen outfits reworking this Baken field.  I did real well with Ultra petroleum, buying in when they were developing the fracturing technique in tight gas sands in Wyoming. Could it be happening here with shale?  Any info. welcome.  Does Western actually have real chances of finding something or are they just setting  up another dead horse on some marginal lands to make some fat cats more money.  There web site and everything else I have drumed up seems to really pump the governments new estimates of reserves in the general area and the activities of other companies.  Buying up half arse properties and making them look like something is a stanadard ploy in the start up oil play bussiness.  Would sure like to find another UPL.  New techniques in discovery and production certainly can make what was thought to be non commercial properties productive.  Will welcome with bells on any information anyone has, two fold, if it is not the same paid for press stuff that I have been reading on the Western web site. Thanks, T-booth.
