Hope it goes through. ( no reason it should not ) Very Impressive. Interesting marketing positioning. Like Craft Beer only better. Good idea. Above the noise and pedestrian business models. Upper scale with bigger margins on premium products. BMW instead of KIA. I like it. JMHO

Why is this a good deal SoCal? Isn't this exactly what I said would happen months ago? They're being picked up for pennies on the dollar. 3 board seats for WeGrow and 2 for Westleaf, and the new CEO is from WeGrow.

Disregard my last post. Read the release in more detail. It’s definitely going to cause some ambiguous stock dilution for Westleaf shareholders, so we’ll see if Wegrows assets can move the needle.

This is a great deal because Westleaf is a joke and WeGrow are the best in the industry at present. Good to see some real pros be able to step into the sinking ship that was Westleaf.
