News release

I'm fairly new in the stock world and I'm trying to understand exactly what the news that came out today means. If anyone could inlighten me I'd be extremely thankful.

Initially the financing was going to be at 30 cents --- now 21 cenTs with a warrant --- the market is very tight for capital and Westleaf is late to the game

The 21 cents is for WeGrow shares. Read the release. It's not for WL, and there was never a .30

You pump this stock day and night and you don't know all the details? There was an initial requirement for we grow to raise 3 million @ .30 cents.

yes, but its all based upon what westleaf trades at. Westleaf wants the deal to close otherwise it will all be a bunch fees that accomplished nothng.

no it doesn't the value doesn't fluctuate. It's a pretty determined ratio of WL shares to WeGrow shares. the stip was WeGrow needed to raise money to get the deal done.
