We are being played with, but why?

The sales and distribution reports are solid. Every time the company puts out news the share price drifts lower. What is the longterm plan here for the insiders and their "arms length buddies". Wed are thinly traded and are at 52 week lows. What is happening behind the scenes? We move up the Alkaline water independent company sales chart but we are $ .15 cents US$.
