What is wrong with this companies management.

Driven the stock into the ground from pre-consolidation. Shaq has done little to nothing to help advance the company. They delist from Canadian Listing and now they are late with the NASDAQ filings. Get it together. PS: the IR department lead by Wright is a joke.
