Volume seems to spike once every few months or so on WAI.  WAI's IR has stated in the past they guess it is due to someone getting a margin call on their account and having to liquidate something to cover the call.  WAI is probably their choice to sell to raise cash.  With potential positive news at any moment, selling now for any other reason makes no sense.
