I can not believe that the management of this company is going to acquire the MetaVerse Group. Like they say, in for a penny, in for a pound. An absolute stupid move. The MetaVerse is dead, it was dead before it even got started. Now they are throwing even more money at it, issuing 24,380,000 additional shares, which dear shareholders will brutally add to the dilution of this company. The timing could not be worse, as the share price is in the toilet at a lousy 0.18 CAD, management in their wisdom could not have picked a worse time for such a stupid acquisition. Guys, Nov 30th 2021, the share price was at $3.65, today $0.18, that is a 95% drop in value.
You can take all of that Metaverse stuff and write it off your books, it is worthless.
I am glad to say that I never got involved in this deal, however I feel sorry for the people who lost a lot of money on this stock. I am all about Crypto, NFT, P2E, but this is just too much to watch. I am putting my money into another NFT related deal. After this Metaverse stunt, no chance that I will ever invest with these yokels.
