Someone trying to unload at .115?

If good news hits the wires that would disappear in a flash. I am waiting for the next news to make a final decison to invest in XBRA. Mexico could be on the verge of a change over in this space. Looks promising but we shall see. I have read that XBRA are looking for a strategic partner to escalate Market share, is this correct? Now that would be a catalyst for sure. GLA!
