If it was delayed by a year, I think we would have heard about it. It would hardly be timely disclosure if we're just hearing about it now. I can't see management doing that.

It's more than plausible that the project could have been delayed due to the pandemic. Although the first BOO project is symbolic in nature, the revenue from each project due to partner sharing is not that significant to XBC. Collectlively as it scales up, yes, singularly no.
