Outstanding. Exactly the type of General Manager and expansion strategy I'd be looking for. If they're as sharp as they sound, XBC will have done a great purchase.

Agreed Resilience! A growth through acquisition strategy requires management to have an ability to identify and execute on quality targets as a core competency. Integration of other management teams is also key. Their track record speaks for itself to date, and instils a high level of investor confidence. XBC management is top notch, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store

The pool of executive talent and influence XBC has added through these 2 acquisition so far is stunning. They have knocked down some huge pins with HyGear for Hydrogen IP and now tucking in some nice niche ones in with this latest news. The geographic reach and distribution is immense and provides anothe foothold into a region that is going to spend whatever it takes to reinvent the energy
