Analysts

The analysts haven't revised their targets yet because they can't. It's a moving target, and it's moving farther away, not closer. Relax and give this time. Impatience and obsessing over this doesn't do anyone any good. This stock is going much higher with or without your hoping.

TT you said that "Analyst haven't revised their targets yet because they can't." Is it because the PP hasn't closed yet and the regulators require that it be closed before they do so? regards Jack

Analysts that are with firms that are in the underwriting group can't revise their targets, but they probably wouldn't anyway. They're probably breathing a sigh of relief.

Of course this means that there's no question we can be 100% certain that TD will revise their target in January, after the offering closes. This is a great thing because TD has demonstrated a willingness to be more aggressive with their targets, while the smaller firms follow along like lemmings. Td initiated coverage with a buy rating and a $6.50 target on October 1st when the stock was ...more
