Wondering why my RBC app shows it closed @ 7.11 USD with bid-ask 6.25 - 7.59.

Thats because the bid/asks prior to the close were day only orders. Very standard for OTC markets. Nobody puts GTC orders on OTC. If you were watching, you might have noticed an order to sell 5,000 @$7.05 hanging over the markets in the last couple of hours. That order was CFO'd to $7 at 3:34 pm. The market took it.
