Acquisition News - 30 dec 2020

A consideration of 82 million. HyGear shareholders will receive 42 million in cash at closing and the balance in Xebec common stock at the weighted average trading price for the last 15 days prior to December 8, 2020 , which shares will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, Canada. The acquisition is expected to close on or about December 30, 2020

Just imagine how Hygear's shareholders are excited right now. They get their shares listed on the Venture. Actually they're already profiting and don't even own them yet. Germany doesn't play around. It has the largest national economy in Europe, the fourth-largest by nominal GDP in the world, and fifth by GDP.

I believe you might be confusing HyGear and Inmatec. Hygear is in the Netherlands, Inmatec is in Germany. The HyGear acquisition will be announced tomorrow, in all likelihood. The Inmatec deal will close in February.
