Timing is good as the receipts became common shares today so those traders who would like to flip their shares have a larger buying base in a few days.  At the end of the day, it's all supply and demand, and a net inflow of funds only does one thing for the share price.

Exuse my ignornace but having read the news release regarding the buying of Green Vision / Hygear and the offering to the under writers I failed to adequately understand the timing of the purchase of the subscripition receipts.  any clarification would be appreciated.
