Not sure how you figure that at all. This is the fourth day since it's been uplisted, and it is't even  10 am. Nothing is obvious in the market.     Does anyone remember the story in the early eighties about the dentist in Chicago who put his broker under and took him home to a shed in his backyard and tortured him for 3 days with a cattle prod?

Company specific news from PLUG in the past few days gave strong tailwinds for BLDP and FCEL.
