Somehow I believe it,,how sad is that,,I spend $10 a year on lottery tickets,,casinos are only built to make money,not let you win,but still people go.sad.

casinos are for entertainment and should be treated as such craps is fun you should try it best odds in a casino but rarely played by most people because they don't understand it. Roulette is fun too.

I know a retired couple where one partner had a closet lottery habit of about $100 / week for about 35+ years and the other was an educated, diligent saver/investor.  At retirement, the diligent saver/investor had enough for the couple to retire.  The ROI on the lottery spender? I've never set foot in a casino in my life. I turned 61 recently a couple of years ago, and the chances of my ever going to a casino during my lifetime are almost not quite as bad as the chances of TD lowering their target on Xebec.

lol as long as you treat it as entertainment instead of a money making venture it's fine you should go try it at least once you would probably enjoy yourself. The sad part is many people get addicted to the thrill of winning and lose everything.
