Inmatec News

I suspect that the lack of numbers in today's news was one of many reasons the price went down. Xebec had to either take on debt, reduce available cash, or issue equity diluting the value of existing shares and all this impacts its valuation and add a whole lot of uncertainty to the picture. They also have to add a premium over the existing value of inmatec and if a competitor also wants to buy it, the price goes up. Who knows? News came out a week earlier than expected with little detail..Why?

This was announced months ago, info given in a prospectus, they already raised cash, and after this one, there is another CSN to close, after which they will still have more cash than they started with before the raise and 3 acquisitions. I believe they will have about $60M+ after the closing of a CSN company.
