Xebec Operations Issues

Xebec seems to have operations issues. High employee turnover, lots of time waisted on training new employees. They have excess Inventory, and order completion is taking longer than expected which results in low productivity rate. I want answers on how they are handling operations.

I hope the 57 millions was very very conservative. From now on Xebec has to beat expectations. If it's higher fine, but if they guide us for Q1, results can't be lower than expected orelse they are really going to damage investors trust. They went from 80 to 90 then from 70 to 80 and down to 57. If they deceive again, it's very concerning, I hope they thought about it 7 times before

Zouz Deception is not the issue here. If it were, there would be corporate crime accusations. Perhaps its time to choose words a bit more carefully.

Don't know where you are getting this info from. I thought they had an issue more related to revenue recognition in part related to understated installation costs as a %age of contracted revenues. I think you need to take a break, maybe 13 days / 13 months / or 13 Cicada years from this forum  :-)

This said, I've been taking increasingly longer pauses between reading this BB over the past months because I felt the was too much noise (some posters relentlessly posting) and emotions getting involved. At the end of the day, these tend to dilute the most relevant information - in my humble opinion. Not to mention I simply can't keep up with the high volume of posts - many

   Quality is definitely preferred. For some who have been invested here a long time, you might remember that ZouZ has found and pasted a lot of very good articles,probably only second to RandomMaker in quality. Of late, primarily because of the decline of the SP he has begun to go a little overboard ,I agree.Also ,due to the decline of stock price,we have many newcomers to the BB
