Not sure if they can announce new COO before the CC but that would definitely be a catalyst.No COO was included in the CC. Probably why the stock dropped today. Maybe they'll give us news at the same time they announce te results or even have a surprise guest. Who knows!

   I believe Kurt's exact words when asked on that subject were "By June".    Whether  he meant the end or the beginning of June remains to be seen.    The stock has held up remarkably well without a COO.
