well that's an odd sell off at the end of the day after trading green all day long.

It’s profit taking after a 5 day run up . People trimming their positions and adding cash

Not too odd really.  With holidays and extended weekends, many traders are more comfortable relaxing in the sun with safe cash in the bank, rather than a less safe position.  We got run up, and people took profits late, simple as that I'd say.  All things considered, it was a heck of a week, and I'm plenty happier this weekend here than in the 3s.  Tiny sour note to end

Anyone noticed what happened at the very end? We traded 500K shares in the last 10 minutes... i am not sure if they were block trades but there was buying into bids and closed at $4.96

Actually yes... i just saw the volume at about 1.38 mil 10 minutes prior to closing and above 1.8 mil at the very end. I did not follow what happened minute by minute. It appears this odd activity occured indeed at the very end of the session

Maybe someone wanted to walk the stock down to a more favorable price to faciliate trading at a that level (I don't have visibiity to see if any large blocks changed hands).

I was thinking someone wanted to have a close below $5 as otherwise increased margins would have kicked in on Tuesday... Probably someone still wants to accumulate at these levels...

311,000 shares were bought in the last 30 seconds, taking the stock from $4.88 to $4.96. Who cares? The week is over, and it was a good one.
