Did I sleep through Armageddon?
This board is dead.
The closing spread in the US was $4.87 Cdn bid, $5.25 offered.
Nice spread. No volume.
Depthwise, at the close there were 3,800 bid from $3.90 US to $3.99, while there were 1,100 offered from $4.30 up to and including $4.83.
What does that tell us? Absolutely nothing. The square root of zero.
I was wrong about today maybe providing some insight.
For those with whom I've been corresponding on an unrelated matter, check your messages, I'm in the process of replying to everyone.

Nope everyone still alive... except for a US market for xbc.. very odd that the US doesn't seem to know xbc exists. Ballard trades 3.6 million shares today xbc trades 6000. Maybe one day things change.

I think we need to be on the nasdaq to get any recognition from the US. I don't think 7000 shares tells us much compared to the almost 2 million traded on Friday.

Agreed. Red herring. Without any volume to speak of the trading is meaningless. Should we ever make the Nasdaq though, it would give credibility to the relative strength argument re PLUG FCEL et al

I'm sorry Robert, and with all due respect, but my answering your guestion would be tantamount to admitting some acknowledgment that there might be a degree of veracity in your closing assumption. Frankly, I don't have a clue.
