I honestly don't even listen to these analysts they make no sense at all. Roth is saying hold with a 12 month target of 3.50 why on earth would you adivse your clients to continue to hold a stock that you expect over the next 12 months to lose another 15 percent over the course of 12 months. They are all just tossing out low numbers to drive the sp down notice not 1 is telling you to sell.
