It's ony 11K shares and if they were sold shortly after any news was released iff the stock has a major run up, that may raise an eyebrow, but I doubt it. Only high volume trades shortly before and shortly after news would catch the attention of regulators. Jim is not buying these shares to trade on news, so material news short of a takeover / major acqusition interest by another company, etc.

Agreed. I don't expect any company changing events. They need to assimilate the recent acquisitions and create the synergies among their divisions to deliver better financials. At most we can expect to hear about their hydrogen strategy that will likely involve partnerships.

The recent filing is a strong bullish sign. The company is on the right track and only needs to execute as they round the corner towards end of the year. The Q3 books are almost closed and the management team should have good visibility into what the numbers will look like. With all the recent hirigin I imagine there will be much to look forward to as Q4 comes into focus.
