Q: What do think the odds are that there will be a move back into small caps?

We would say fairly good. The small cap performance divergence has been very high on an historical basis. We have seen some studies showing the group is cheaper (relatively) than it has been in 10 years. Q4 is often good for the sector.

I agree, I believe a rotation back into small caps is fairly likely sooner rather than later. The vicious beating that small caps have endured over the past 8 months is not going to last forever.

Thanks for posting this; your contributions are greatly appreciated.  I have noticed you've posted this on a few other boards of companies I'm invested in and have to say, XBC is currently the worst performing of the lot.  5i has been a champion of many of these small cap companies and for the most part have been right on the money - their advice on XBC is to let the COVID ...more
