Well here it is. TD Flash Note

Xebec Adsorption Inc. (XBC-T) C$2.63 RNG Order Update Aaron MacNeil, CA Aly Hemraj, CPA, CA (Associate) Event Xebec provided an update on a large RNG order.

Impact: NEUTRAL

Details: Xebec announced that it has signed 'task orders' for an 18-unit BGX Biostream order that was announced on July 6, 2021 (full report), ultimately firming up contractual obligations to an existing order. The press release discloses that the order is for Brightmark RNG Holdings LLC, which is a joint venture between Brightmark and Chevron. The 18 units will be spread across 10 dairy RNG projects in Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan and South Dakota.

TD View: The key disclosure from this press release is the counterparty, in our view, with Chevron highlighting in a September 2021 investor event that it intends to increase its RNG production by 10x between now and 2025. To the extent that Xebec is successful with this initial order, it could represent a larger, longer-term opportunity that includes both equipment sales and aftermarket support. As the project was previously disclosed, it is already factored into our forecast. As a result, we are not making any changes to our estimates at this time.

Not quite gone yet. That's pretty funny.

It's obvious he has a bias and agenda against XBC. It's easy to poke holes on what he wrote. Contrast how XBC was now awarded the first task order, from a partner who is project linked with Chevron wants to go 10X dairy RNG, and how XBC took business away from GRN...to how he gave a slightly positive to this NR From ANRG yesterday 2021-10-05 07:03 ET - News Release   Ms ...more

Notice how the Flash Note came out over 3 hours after the news, well after the market opened, and when Xebec was backing off? I'd swear this analyst waits to see the market reaction before he releases his update. I expect by the end of the day, the market will make him look like an idiot. Xebec trading at $2.75 right now on 367,000 shares.

He's a chartered accountant who's been at TD for 4 years and 5 months, about as long as I've been posting on this board.

Really? Who's blaming anyone for anything? There's a chasm between of blame and criticism. How can this analyst have factored this into his "analysis' when up until today this was only a master service agreement? One that had absolutely no effect on backlog? Today it is officially a sales contract in excess of $30 million Canadian. How can the effect of this news even ...more

It is good news, for sure, and I agree : the proof is inthe pudding.  We need to see that they can make profits on the orders. We have been burned before. PS may wellreturn to 2.60ish again That is why, until I don't see the break above 3.10, I will not add. But on the right track ... keeporders coming in plz. GLTA

Spot on post.  Also please don't waste your time sending emails to TD.  I'm not sure if any of you ever participate in exit interviews with employees who are leaving the company, but I can tell you that those who waste their time blasting the outfit on the way out, are the first to be disregarded by management.  Another scorned lover with an axe to grind.  Any email ...more

No, he's an incompotent fool and I sent a scathing email to TD asking why he's employed by them.   To the TD Securities Office,    I am writing to you with expediency regarding one of your research analysts, Aaron Macneil. To disclose, I am not sure if the is the right place to start but I figured before escalating this to the Ombudsman's office, I would ...more

Seriously Krony, you sent this?  Firstly, " incompotent" is actually spelled "incompetent".  Next, what you call "extreme bias", Aaron Macneil may call "extreme conservatism".  I'd bet your email hit the trash bin 17 seconds after opening.  If it didn't end up in the JUNK folder first.
Comment by Kronyboy on Oct 06, 2021 3:50pm
Thank you for the spell check! But seeing as how, according to you, the email was sent to the trash bin, I shouldn't really worry what TD thinks of my spelling. Lastly, I don't see you offering a single thing of substance on this board. At least I'm an active ally trying to do what I can. If my naivety and inexperience show, at least it's second to my manure-flinging, a skill ...more

I take back that thanks, I didn't make a spelling mistake. So not only are you a complete jerk, but you cannot read.

Did I hurt your feelings Cheerleader?  Krony, they might spell incompetent with an O (pot) on Planet Whine, but here in Canada, it's with an E (pet).  But you are partially correct on one thing...while I'm not a jerk.....I'm an assholay. And I am here to hold Cheerleaders accountOble (you caught that, right?).  Anyways, have a nice evening, Go Yankees (in 2022) and good ...more
