Some people just don't get it.

Certainly, some were recently shorting at $3.95, $3.90, $3.60, $3.50 and $3.40 etc etc.

They're certainly not shorting at $2.80, 31 cents above the year low, and less than 2X book, and 3/4's of the way through a historic quarter.

There is a pool of about 8 million shorts out there that have no alternative but to buy back the stock to close out their positions.

Longs can hold their stock indefinitely.
Shorts can't stay short forever.

The shorts are now the longs' allies, whether they like it or not. Plain and simple.

Totally agree with you on this but for me it's the timeline that I'm not toooooo sure. Seems that vaccin don't stop Omicron, that is a VERY VERY bad news. Lot of speculation in this post with a worst case scenario outlook. Viruses come and go all the time and mutate and whatnot the world will keep going it's not the end of mankind.

It tells me that you are just fear mongering it's a new variant and they know very little facts about it yet one way or the other. What I do know is that coronavirus exists fact and it will be around for a long time fact I am not going to live in fear because of this I got vaccinated and intend to get the booster when I am able to in the meantime I am going to go about my life.
