Directionally speaking

If I was a director at Xebec, I'd propose shipping a biostream unit currently under construction at Blainsville to Denver for completion at UEC, thereby allowing the company to announce its first delivery of Biostream to Chevron/Brightmark from its US manufacturig facilities,
and allowing it to do so in the very near future.

Looks like a fluffy attempt at a PR stunt that those in the industry and customer would see through. Contract terms could say FOB, Blainville. Why do something to harm your reputation, for what purpose?

I'm sure they have a plan to send some operations / mfg staff to train those at UEC so they can have a successful start and ramp up for BGX / Hy.Gen systems.  This is far from a mom and pop operation, the market nor money managers or anyone with a sense of mfg would not expect anything less.

Yeah, TT, I think if you gave it more thought, you'd walk back the idea.  We are long beyond gimmicks, and any wantingness for a PR at any cost borders on desperation.  We would be better off with a PR drought, and a substantive news release in due course.  We have worn out any welcome that was once offered to us, and crutches will no longer carry us.  It's meat and ...more
