I am not an expert at reading level 2, but the ask side looks thin to me. It looks like 22,000 shares could take this to 2.34

As I type Goldman was at 400,800 shares sold. Let's see where they end up. Are they letting xbc off the mat so they don't have to sell to low we'll see.  Goldman definitely the elephant in the room!

There's one reason usually to buy and many reasons to sell maybe there's a a small raise at these levels in the works when did the company raised money last time dies anyone know on this board?
