My post on the Pyrogenesis board at 10:58 this morning.

Pyrogenesis had just made a new low.

The board was imploding. Posters wanted to either kill themselves, or kill each other.

At 12.30 the stock traded at $2.19, down 19% on the day.

At 3:10, the stock was trading at $2.39 when the company made an innocuous announcement.
Nothing that would immediately translate into revenues.
Just a whiff that something was in the air.
Some company they didn't name is going to test their product.

The stock closed at $3.11, up 15% on 2.3 million shares.
It rallied 42% off the day's low in the last hour.
It hasn't seen that kind of volume in over a year.

Read their board now.
People are high-fiving each other.
It's done a complete about-face.

This little story isn't irrelevent.
It's actually quite pertinent.

Sentiment can turn on a dime, and often does.
Things can change in the blink of an eye.

It's always darkest before the dawn.

Not to be a pessimist but It's been pitch black already for a while now and a 15 percent rally at this point though welcome I will certainly not be high fiving anyone over it.

Hmmm. 15% from yesterday's close, after being down 19% on the day. From $2.19 at 12:30 to close at $3.11 on 2 million shares would make me pretty happy, if I owned it.

sure if you bought it that day before the reversal but what if you bought it at much higher prices and were still underwater still happy?
