Completely immaterial

From my post about Xebec's board:

Karen Nielsen:

Karen is formerly the Chief Development Officer at Seven Generations Energy. She is a senior-level energy executive with experience in the oil and gas industry.

I don't mean to offend, but "Ms. Nielsen" was very likely the least qualified member of the board.
Her appointment may well have been motivated by Xebec's long-stated
self-imposed mandate to ensure equal representation on the board.
She will be easily replaced.

If a board member such as Bowie or Levitt or St.-Jacques resigned, it would be an entirely different story.

I agree. People leave jobs all the time and get replaced. Keep in mind , she was on the board less than a year. This has no impact on the earnings, analyst day etc. etc. etc.

Did it ever occur to you that sometimes board members leave because they don't want to be libel for something or at the very least don't want to tarnish their reputation. Long XBC waiting for financials. Gday

I think that occurred to everyone here, it's just a pointless to speculate on something so unlikely. She had no real presence on the Board. I'm more excited by the replacement pick.
