NCIB
Captial allocators know the value of the company. They know that they should raise capital and sell shares at high valuations and buy back at low valuations.
They should do a NCIB and pick up cheapies. They have enough cash to pick up 5 - 10M shares easily. When their share pice recovers, hey can raise funds and sell back shares at much higher prices.
