Banks will never lend money to xebec. In fact, national bank might want their money back. If xebec tap in the equity market the stock is going to 20 cents. The best option would be financing through a convertible bond if someone believes in the company or through private financing if shareholders approve. The main reason why analysts provide price targets is because they make money with investors buying/selling stocks. They are the ones who issue the stocks. They make about 3% on every trade. Providing price targets is actually a cost for them and is only for retail investors. Funds managers have their own analysts. Next time I won't bet on a first mover cause they are the ones who makes the mistakes and the 2nd players succeeds because they learn from the mistakes of the first mover.
