SEDI Insider reporting

FYI

SEDI is the website where all Insiders have to report their buy or sell transactions. I ran a report from March 1 to yesterday inclusive and didn't see any transactions whatsoever for Kurt.

Um...That's probably because Kurt ceased to be an insider on May 12th maybe?

That's still a material fact isn't it, and if so should have been reported by the company.

If he's no longer an insider, he could be exempt from disclosure ? Not sure how this works.

But assuming he's no longer an Insider, the shares he would have sold would still have to be declared on SEDI
